A first world city, well developed and full of interesting places and technologies.
You’ll notice the usual fare—shopping centers, cinemas, restaurants and the like. In the middle of the city, you’ll find the huge central park. A popular attraction of the city, you’ll find respite from the business of modern living in the large open areas. There are benches lined along the stone paths of the park to rest on, and several snack vendors along the way.
The most popular attraction in Denial City is by far the Manga Cafe. There, so long as you’re buying yourself a coffee or some other beverage, you’re quite welcome to take a manga off the shelves and read it while you sit around doing your social thing. The waiters and waitresses all cosplay anime characters, and if you like the manga you’re reading, you can buy it. There’s a hentai section upstairs, but don’t worry if you’re not old enough—the staff won’t tell if you won’t.
On the quieter side of Denial City lies the housing district, an area of peaceful family homes and large apartment buildings. Most people call someplace home around here, making it very easy to pop over and visit others if the need arises.
There are nightclubs scattered all through the city, to suit any and all interests, themes, personalities and subcultures. There are even rumoured to be some underground clubs, but you might not find them in this part of town...
